How to Apply

Student Properties

If you found a property you want to apply for, get in touch for an application form. This can be completed digitally, or in paper form. Once you have submitted the form back to us along with a form of ID, we will ask for an advance rent payment of £50.00. A further £150.00 is required within 1 week of the application date.

Once submitted, the tenancy agreement will be created, and can be sent over for digital signing, or paper form signing. We require this to be signed within 1 week of the application form being returned.

Once your contract is signed and returned, a Guarantor form will be sent to your designated guarantor, which can be done either by post or email. We require this to be signed within 1 week of being sent out. Once this has been returned, along with a form of ID, a reference check will be conducted, and then everything will be set for key collection.

Residential Properties

If you have viewed a property you wish to apply for, you can request an application form, complete this either digitally or in paper form, and then submit the application along with an advance rent payment of £100.00. Please note if the application form is rejected, the £100.00 advance rent will be refunded.

If the application form is accepted, the tenancy agreement will be created and sent, either digitally, or it will be available to sign in paper form. Upon signing of the agreement, which is required within 1 week of application, a deposit which is equivalent to a month’s rent is required to be paid in cleared funds to our bank account. This will be paid into the DPS scheme.

Upon the agreed move in, the first months’ rent will be required prior to the key collection, minus the advance rent paid of £100.00 upon application.
