I stayed with lettings first for the past two years while I was at university, and I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord. Lougas was always kind, approachable, and really helpful whenever my housemates and I needed anything. The property was comfortable and homey and I’m so grateful for everything! Definitely recommend 🙂

I had such a wonderful experience as a tenant here. We had very few issues, and any repairs were fixed incredibly quickly and Lougas was extremely kind and friendly throughout my stay. When I had a semester abroad, he even helped me find someone who could rent my room while I was away so that I could save myself some money on the rent. Our flat felt very luxurious and was well priced and was definitely the best student accommodation I’ve ever had.

My experience with Lettings first was awesome. Lougas – the owner personally looks after every tenant and for their needs. Properties are very nice and affordable for students. I have stayed with them for 2 years and I would recommend them anytime.

Really good experience with them. They were always super kind and accommodating, and when my lease ran out they were really helpful in getting me sorted with a new place. Made the whole process way less stressful. Would definitely recommend.

Lougas and Lettings First were exceptional. As a student it can be tricky to find a letting company who have your best interests at heart. But they are just that. Any queries we had were answered within hours and any work that needed doing was done as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I have had the joy of having Lougas as my property manager for the past 2 years. Everything done at Lettings First is to an exceptional standard, no request too small, and they are there for your every need. I would highly recommend this agency to any student looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting company. I never encountered any problems with the company, even the smallest issues I had with the property it would be sorted within 24 hours. Best letting company in Plymouth by a mile!
