Upon submitting this application form, a £50.00 advance rent payment will be needed to complete the application process. A further £150.00 will be required within 7 days of submitting this application form, of which will be paid towards Septembers instalment of rent. If you decide to withdraw the application once the advance rent payment has been paid, £150.00 of the amount paid will be refunded if the tenant secures a suitable replacement. We will require the tenancy agreement to be signed within 7 days of the submitting of this application, otherwise Lettings first Plymouth reserve the right to re-advertise the room/property. If the advance rent payments are not received as requested above, the application form could be rejected.
